The Course

This hands-on, cohort-style course teaches you how to take an idea from problem discovery to a shipped, measurable product. You’ll practice the modern PM toolkit—customer interviews, JTBD mapping, opportunity sizing, hypothesis and MVP scoping, prototyping and usability testing, agile delivery, experiment design, and metrics instrumentation. Expect weekly sprints, cross-functional collaboration with design and engineering, and pragmatic artifacts like PRDs, roadmaps, KPI trees, and launch briefs.

By the end, you’ll have a portfolio-ready set of deliverables and a validated MVP or concept you can demo to stakeholders or employers. You’ll learn to make data-informed decisions, align stakeholders, tell a crisp product story, and turn real market signals into prioritization and go-to-market plans. Ideal for aspiring and current PMs, founders, and career switchers who want immediately applicable skills, feedback from senior mentors, and confidence to lead products in the wild.

What you will learn

I started this course after coaching dozens of new PMs and noticing the same gaps—uncertainty about where to begin, how to prioritize, and how to turn ideas into a shippable plan. It’s built to give you quick wins from day one: clear frameworks, plug-and-play templates, and hands-on exercises that help you validate a problem, craft an MVP, and tell a compelling product story. I carefully mapped each module to real PM workflows, tested every activity with prior cohorts, and refined the lessons so you get only what actually moves the needle. The structure is simple and supportive: bite-sized videos, guided checklists, weekly sprints, and feedback loops so you always know what to do next. By the end, you’ll have a portfolio-ready project, sharper decision-making instincts, and the confidence to lead a product conversation anywhere.
